Public Advisory: Temporary closure of several consular offices

The Department of Foreign Affairs informs the public that its Office of Consular Affairs (OCA), Consular Offices (COs), and Temporary Off-Site Passport Services (TOPS) sites will temporarily suspend operations from January 10 to 20, 2022 due to the steep rise in COVID-19 cases among its personnel.

There will be skeleton teams at all sites while the rest of the workforce will work remotely during the temporary suspension of operations. Moreover, no passport or Apostille applications will be processed or released during this period. Operations shall resume on January 21, 2022.

Rescheduling of Passport Appointments

1. For DFA Aseana Applicants originally scheduled from 12 to 20 January 2022

Affected Passport applicants originally scheduled at DFA Aseana are advised to refer to their new schedule of appointments as reflected below. Please expect an email with further details about your appointment which will be sent to the email address you used when you booked your application.

Affected applicants have been informed of the temporary closure via email. Applicants with urgent or emergency reasons may reach out to CO NCR East through ncreast.so@dfa.gov.ph.

4. For Consular Office (CO) NCR North

Affected applicants will be informed by CO NCR North on the rescheduling of appointments using ncrnovaliches.so@dfa.gov.ph. Applicants may also reach out to CO NCR North using the email provided, and may contact TOPS Robinsons through tops.ncrnorthnova@gmail.com.

Affected applicants have been informed of the temporary closure via email. For extremely urgent concerns, applicants may reach CO La Union through 09178952322 or 09498838422.
