₱6-M worth of dried marijuana seized in Taguig

Authorities seized more than 50 kilograms of dried marijuana worth ₱6 million in a buy-bust operation in Taguig City.

In a joint operation of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-NCR and Southern Police District Drug Enforcement Unit on Sep. 18, the illegal drugs were recovered in Barangay New Lower Bicutan at around 4:30 a.m.

A suspect was also arrested in the operation and was charged for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
