The 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. scheduled brownout will affect the towns of Talavera, Natividad, Llanera, Palayan City, Bongabon, Gabaldon, Laur, Rizal and portions of Sto. Domingo, all in Nueva Ecija; and Dingalan, San Luis, Maria Aurora, Baler and Dipaculao, all in Aurora.
