200 SPD cops undergo random drug test

MANILA — A total of 200 personnel of the Southern Police District (SPD) of the National Capital Region Police Office underwent surprise random drug testing on Wednesday.

The tests were conducted on personnel of the District Mobile Force Battalion (DMFB), in coordination with the Crime Laboratory Office of the SPD in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.

The tests, supervised by DMFB Commander Supt. Celso Rodriguez, were in compliance with the internal cleansing program of the Philippine National Police.

The SPD covers the cities of Makati, Parañaque, Pasay, Taguig, Las Piñas, Pateros, and Muntinlupa. (Benjamin Pulta/PNA)
