24/7 construction of Sangley Airport continues

The Department of Transportation is optimistic that the deadline for the construction of Sangley Airport in Cavite City will be met. Now 72% complete, DOTr Asec. Giovanni Lopez is confident that the remaining 28% will be finished by the last week of October. This is consistent with President Duterte’s directive to accelerate the completion by November of this year to decongest air traffic and minimize delayed flights at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
