MANILA — Three weather systems are currently affecting the country, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Monday.

In its forecast, PAGASA said a tail-end of a cold front will bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms over Bicol region and the provinces of Quezon, Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon.

Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon will bring cloudy skies with isolated rains over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Metro Manila, Ilocos region, Central Luzon and the rest of CALABARZON,

Visayas and Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms due to an intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ).

The rest of the country will have cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers especially over the eastern section caused by localized thunderstorms. (PNA)
