MANILA — Four domestic flights were cancelled Thursday afternoon due to bad weather, the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) said.

These flights were Cebu Pacific (5J) 323/324 Manila-Legazpi-Manila, and Cebgo (DG) 6177/6178 Manila-Masbate-Manila.

As of 12 noon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration forecast light to moderate to at times heavy rains over Albay.

The weather bureau added that the rains are caused by the tail-end of a cold front affecting southern Luzon and Visayas.
