5 wanted persons fall in CIDG ops

MANILA — A most wanted person and four other suspects facing various charges were nabbed in separate operations on Monday, the Philippine National Police Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) said Tuesday.

The CIDG Regional Force Unit (RFU) 10-Bukidnon, together with the Maramag Municipal Police Station (MPS), Highway Patrol Group (HPC), and Bukidnon and Malaybalay City police arrested Dante Baylosis, a murder suspect in Purok 4, Barangay 7 in Malaybalay City.

CIDG RFU 2-Santiago City arrested Conrado Aquino Jr., who is wanted for car theft and estafa, in Barangay Dubinan West, Santiago City, Isabela.

Meanwhile, detectives of CIDG RFU 9-Zamboanga del Norte nabbed Jerim Villaroel, a Most Wanted Person for murder who has a PHP140,000 bounty on his head, in Barangay Santa Cruz in Dapitan town.

Joint elements of the CIDG RFU 6-Capiz and Provincial Highway Patrol Team Capiz, on the other hand, arrested John Patrick Higo Ivan Fernandez for frustrated murder in relation to Republic Act No. 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act) at the City Social Welfare and Development Office in Roxas City.
