50 additional HCWs arrive in NCR

50 healthcare workers from Central Visayas arrived in Metro Manila on Wednesday (April 7).

According to the Department of Health (DOH)-Central Visayas, the additional healthcare workers were deployed to help the hospitals in the National Capital Region (NCR) Plus in responding to the COVID-19 cases.

The medical workers will stay in the metro and its surrounding provinces for a month.

The government assured that they will receive additional benefits and special risk allowance.
