MANILA — Most parts of the country will experience rain showers, the weather bureau said Sunday.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) added the northeast monsoon affecting northern Luzon will cause cloudy skies with light rains over Batanes, Cagayan and Isabela.

Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will prevail over Caraga and Davao Regions.

The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers.

Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds will blow over Northern Luzon and the eastern part of the country. Coastal waters along these areas will be rough.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with moderate to rough seas, PAGASA said.
