LIPA, Batangas — Green Archers United won its first official home match in the Philippines Football League (PFL), tripping Air Force, 4-0, at the Aboitiz Pitch here on Sunday night.

Tating Pasilan put up a vintage game for the home side with his brace that sparked and capped the breakaway.

Pasilan scored the opening goal in the 23rd minute, while Joel Okono added another some 10 minutes later for the 2-0 lead.

Tonaldo Appiah made it 3-0 in the 36th minute before Pasilan eventually sealed the shutout win in the 37th.

GAU is now level with idle Stallion Laguna at 18 points, good for joint third place.

However, Stallion Laguna remains ahead on goal difference.

Air Force, on the other hand, stayed at four points.

The GAU-Air Force match capped a special PFL weekend at the Aboitiz Pitch that also saw Mendiola blasting Global Makati, 4-0, and Ceres Negros reigning supreme again over Kaya Iloilo, 1-0, the night before.
