Data privacy, Filipinos’ top cyber security concern

A survey conducted by the Unisys Security Index revealed that 90% of Filipinos worry about unauthorized access to personal information that may lead to identity theft. 87% are concerned about internet hacking or viruses. The Department of Information and Communications Technology assured that such threats may be countered with the creation of a Cybercrime Interagency Coordinating Council.
