Russia open for Philippine household service workers

It’s good news for Philippine household service workers as Russia opens its borders for their employment. Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III and the President will be heading for Russia next month, and once the bilateral agreement has been settled, the implementing rules and regulations for the hiring of Filipino HSWs will be prepared immediately.
