Rodrigo Duterte has admitted that the battle against hazing in the country will not be easy unless fraternities would be banned and the act of joining fraternities would be considered a criminal offense. He adds that he will decide based on the recommendation of the Philippine National Police (PNP) and Philippine Military Academy (PMA) on the matter.
