President #Duterte orders for arrest of 19 GCTA-freed inmates

President Duterte has ordered the arrest of the 19 GCTA-released inmates involved with heinous crimes. Philippine National Police Spokesperson Brigadier General Bernard Banac states that the names of the 19 inmates who haven’t surrendered had come from the Department of Justice, and the Bureau of Corrections. PNP has assembled a tracker team to locate and arrest the erring individuals.
