The six Regional Task Forces to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (RTF-ELCAC) in Mindanao converged in Cagayan de Oro City to tackle how to sustain the gains and address the gaps in the fight against insurgency. All six RTFs presented their accomplishments, pointing towards the increased number of barangays cleared and local government units declaring the CPP-NPA as persona non grata.
