The Commission of Appointments (CA) has ratified the appointment of Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief General Noel Clement and Philippine Navy Vice Admiral Allan Cusi. After the commission asked some questions to the two appointees, it approved their designation to the key government posts without a single commission member giving a nay.
