DOLE says there are more job vacancies amid COVID-19 pandemic


The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) has announced that the number of job vacancies are increasing amidst the Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19) pandemic.

According to DOLE Assistant Secretary Dominique Tutay, there are sectors that have opened their capacity from 75% to 100% such as the Information Technology-Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector. Vacant positions in the BPO has increased from 10,000 to 30,000. – PTV News
