MMDA Chairperson Lim tests positive for COVID-19

Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairperson Danilo Lim tested positive for Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).

In his Facebook post, MMDA Chair Lim discovered that he is COVID-19 positive following a routine swab test on December 28, Monday. He pointed out that he still got infected by the virus despite observing proper health protocols. This is proof that the virus must be taken seriously.

According to MMDA General Manager Jojo Garcia, the MMDA Chairman is in self-isolation and is experiencing mild symptoms.

Lim’s wife and child tested negative for the virus.
