The Department of Tourism (DOT) gladly announced that Boracay and El Nido, Palawan have been included in the list of Top 25 Best Island Beaches in the World: 2020 Reader’s Choice Awards of Conde Nast.
According to the DOT, Boracay landed second place in the list while Palawan is in the ninth. DOT Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat expressed gratitude to the tourists who voted for the 2 destinations.
Boracay, and El Nido, Palawan are both currently open to local tourists from areas under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) and Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ). – PTV News
