MERALCO to implement ‘no disconnection policy’ in NCR+

The Manila Electric Company (MERALCO) will implement a “no disconnection policy” for customers in the NCR Plus bubble.

According to MERALCO First Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer Ferdinand Geluz, the electric company will not disconnect the lines of customers who have not paid their dues until April 15 in the hopes that this will help ease the burden of consumers amid the implementation of the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ).

MERALCO assured that it is ready to assist its customers in these trying times.
