40% of Metro Manila beneficiaries receive P4.47B in ‘ayuda’

Some ₱4.47 billion worth of aid has been distributed to individuals affected by the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) in NCR.

Forty percent of the beneficiaries in Metro Manila have received aid worth ₱1,000 per individual, not exceeding ₱4,000 per family. Based on data from the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), the cities of Mandaluyong, San Juan, Quezon City, and Navotas are leading in the distribution effort.
