Rainy Tuesday over most parts of PH due to ITCZ, tailend of cold front

MANILA — Most parts of the country will experience scattered rains and thunderstorms on Tuesday due to weather systems affecting the country, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geographical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

The tail-end of the coldfront affecting the eastern section of northern and central Luzon and the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will bring rainshowers and thunderstorms in Visayas and Mindanao and the regions of Cagayan Valley and Bicol, the provinces of Aurora, Quezon, and Palawan.

Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon or hanging amihan will bring rains over Metro Manila and the rest of northern and central Luzon.

Fishing boats and other small seacrafts are alerted against sailing as coastal waters in northern and central Luzon will be moderate to rough. (PNA)
