The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) reiterated that it does not support a “no vaccine, no work” policy.
DOLE Undersecretary Benjo Santos Benavidez gave the assurance, in a forum on Monday (June 7), that their advisory against the policy remains despite the A4 vaccination rollout.
The DOLE had made it clear that vaccination should not be made mandatory for workers following a reported “no vaccine, no work” policy adopted by several establishments in March.
