Philippine National Police Regional Director Police Maj. Gen. Vincente Danao Jr. and Quezon City Police District Police Brig. Gen. Antonio Yarra advised the public of the temporary vehicle traffic rerouting on Monday (July 26), the day of President Rodrigo Duterte’s last State of the Nation Address (SONA).
Heavy traffic should be expected in areas leading to and from the Batasang Pambansa Complex where the President is set to deliver his 2021 SONA, and in the vicinity of the House of Representatives (HOR) Complex in Quezon City.
