Vaccination rollout continues as NCR undergoes ECQ

By Pearl Gumapos

The National Task Force Against COVID-19 on Saturday said vaccination of NCR residents will continue following the new classification of ECQ to take effect on August 6 to 20.

As for the cash aid to be given to residents in ECQ areas, Padilla said that it is still being discussed.

Meanwhile, in preparation for the upcoming ECQ, local chief executives of NCR are continuously meeting to discuss help that can be extended to residents.

Kasama na diyan ang ayuda in kind or in cash,” Padilla said.

Public transportation will also be allowed to help vaccines travel to vaccination spots.

-rir
