Statement of ARTA Sec. Jeremiah Belgica on QC’s home delivery of business permits

The true core of service is exceeding the expectations of people. Having business permits delivered to the homes of applicants for free is an excellent demonstration of making doing business easier for everyone. Not only does it offer convenience, but it also promotes safety at a time when the threat of a more contagious variant of the COVID-19 virus remains high.

We congratulate the local government of Quezon City, headed by Mayor Joy Belmonte, for consistently considering the welfare of its citizens by providing more efficient service for them. This is precisely what we want every LGU in the country to do: go the extra mile in serving the people. (ARTA)-bny
