More Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines arrive in PH

Some 753,000 doses of government-procured Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines arrived in the Philippines on Wednesday (Sept. 15).

Of this, 650,520 vaccine doses arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and will be transported to the cold storage facility of Pharmaserv Express in Marikina City.

The other 51,480 vaccine doses arrived in Cebu earlier at 6:35 PM.

Similar to Cebu, some 51,480 doses are allocated to Davao and will be delivered tomorrow (Sept. 16).

Based on the latest data on Sept. 13, about 56,794,130 COVID-19 vaccine doses have been delivered to the Philippines since February this year. – Report from Rod Lagusad / CF – bny
