Infra projects ease goods transport in Zamboanga del Norte

The governor of Zamboanga del Norte said the infrastructure projects of the current administration have been helping their constituents address their transportation and security problems.

In an interview, Gov. Roberto Uy said the bridge projects on Zamboanga del Norte are nearing completion.

Ngayon, 16 bridges sila doon natatapos na lahat,” he added.

He said the infrastructure projects paved the way for faster transport of their products such as abaca, seaweeds, seafood, copra, and rubber.

He said some areas, particularly the Triple SB has been cleared of New People’s Army and Abu Sayyaf presence.

He also mentioned the P20 million worth of funds to four barangays through the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) for the establishment of farm-to-market roads.

– AG-_# bny
