In a statement, Briones said the 2022 national and local elections had the largest voter turnout that she experienced in her lifetime. She also described it to be an orderly and peaceful election.

“Sa lahat ng eleksyon in my lifetime, ito ang pinakamalaking voter turnout pero at the same time very peaceful naman,” Briones said.

A total of 756,083 teachers and poll watchers joined forces for the success of the local and national elections.

She commended all DepEd personnel and poll watchers that helped in the smooth electoral process.
