By Raymond Carl Dela Cruz | Philippine News Agency

It will be cloudy with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in parts of the Visayas on Saturday, June 11, due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).

In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the effects of the ITCZ will be felt in Eastern Visayas, Albay, Sorsogon, Catanduanes, and Masbate.

PAGASA also warned of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will be experienced in Metro Manila and the rest of the country due to localized thunderstorms.

There will be light to moderate winds headed southeast to the southwest in Luzon, with slight to moderate coastal water conditions.

In the Visayas and Mindanao, there will be light easterly winds with slight coastal water conditions.

The temperature in Metro Manila will range from 25°C to 34°C; Baguio City from 17°C to 25°C; Puerto Princesa City at 25°C to 32°C; Metro Cebu at 27°C to 31°C; and Metro Davao at 25°C to 33°C. – gb
