Pres. Marcos receives portrait painting from visual artist Alvin Hipolito

President Ferdinand R. Marcos received his portrait painting made by renowned visual artist Alvin Hipolito on Friday, Oct. 21, during the latter’s courtesy call in Malacañang.

Marcos also expressed gratitude to Hipolito for the 30×40-inch portrait.

Hipolito is an established artist from Bacoor, Cavite, and the son of the late master painter Dante Hipolito.

Some of his paintings have featured celebrities Vilma Santos, Gary Valenciano, Marian Rivera, Dingdong Dantes, Kris Aquino.

He also painted Senator Christopher Go, Former Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez III, Lucio Tan, Brunei Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah, and former President Rodrigo Duterte.  -ag
