Korea opens scholarship opportunity for Filipinos

The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Philippines is welcoming applications for the 2023 Global Korea Scholarships (GSK).

Through the GSK program, students will have the chance to pursue a master’s degree program for three years and a doctoral degree program for four years, both including one year of Korean language training.

The scholarship covers round trip airfare tickets, monthly allowance, tuition fees, settlement allowances, scholarship completion grants, Korean language training expenses, and medical insurance.

Fourteen students from the Philippines will be chosen to complete the graduate program.

Aspiring candidates must submit an official diploma and letter of recommendation.

Deadline of applications is on Feb. 28. -ag
