Aside from tracing its roots of how and why women’s existence is celebrated, we can’t deny the fact that women are worthy to be honored.

From how women paved their way to this day up to the advancements they made throughout history is what makes women exceptional.

Over the years, women are often under-recognized despite their importance and contributions in society.

Therefore, commemorating women’s month does not only indicate empowering women but it also means appreciating them in all ways.

This month is a reminder to celebrate women’s milestones and their extraordinary roles in all spheres of society. It is also the month to call for gender equality.

Women’s Month is a month-long celebration to recognize and acknowledge women in all appearances, contributions, roles, and perspectives around the world.

Anchored with this year’s theme “We for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society“ may we celebrate women’s achievements particularly in their fight and demand for gender equality as well as promoting social inclusion.

Let’s all continue empowering women during this month and beyond.

Happy Women’s Month to all the great women in the world! – gb
