Easterlies to prevail over most parts of PH

Most parts of the country will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers due to easterlies, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Sunday.

In its 4:00 a.m. bulletin, the weather bureau said Palawan, Eastern Visayas, and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to easterlies.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to easterlies and localized thunderstorms.

Northern Luzon will have light to moderate coastal waters with light to moderate winds blowing northeast to east.

The rest of the country will experience light to moderate winds heading east to northeast with light to moderate seas.

The temperature ranges between 23.8 °C and 34.2 °C. — gb
