The Civil Service Commission (CSC) will begin accepting on May 22 the applications for those who wish to take the Aug. 20 Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) for professional and subprofessional levels.

Applicants will have until June 21 to submit their requirements.

“Ang CSC ay nagkasa ng 97 testing centers sa 16 na rehiyon sa buong bansa bilang paghahanda sa inaasahang dami ng mga aplikante at upang gawing mas accessible ang pag-a-apply para sa CSE-PPT,” CSC Chairperson Karlo Nograles said.

Applicants must be Filipino citizens who are at least 18 years old with good moral character.

“It is likewise imperative that applicants have not been convicted by final judgment of an offense or crime involving moral turpitude, or disgraceful or immoral conduct, dishonesty, examination irregularity, drunkenness, or addiction to drugs,” the CSC noted.

“They must not have been dishonorably discharged from military service, or dismissed for cause from any civilian position in the government,” it added.

They should have not also taken the same CSE level within three months from the date of the exam. AG – gb
