Inasal na manok, adobo among world’s best chicken dishes – Taste Atlas

The Philippines’ inasal na manok ranked 15th among the Taste Atlas’ “100 Best Rated Chicken Dishes in the World.”

The Filipino grilled chicken dish from Bacolod City was recognized as one of the best chicken recipes globally, receiving 4.5 out of 5 stars from the food and travel website.

Locally, inasal na manok was declared an “important cultural property” of the city.

Adobong Manok also made it to the list, ranking 73rd among the best rated chicken dishes with a 4 rating.

Meanwhile, Iran’s grilled chicken kebab known as jujeh kabab topped the list with 4.8 rating.

South Korea’s dak galbi came in second with 4.7 stars, and Indian butter chicken (murgh makhani) ranked third with a 4.6 rating. – cf
