The weather bureau is monitoring cloud clusters that could possibly develop into a low pressure area (LPA) within the day, the weather bureau said Tuesday, July 11.

He said they are expecting that the cloud clusters will move towards the country and may cause cloudy skies, particularly over the eastern portion of Luzon and the Visayas in the next few days.

The intertropical convergence zone continues to affect Palawan, the Visayas and Mindanao and will cause isolated rains over these areas, he added.

Luzon will have fair weather.

Isolated rains and thunderstorms are likely to occur in the afternoon or evening, according to PAGASA.

The whole country will continue to experience light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas. –cf
