Most parts of the country will experience generally fair weather in the next 24 hours, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported on Sunday.

In its 4:00 a.m. forecast, the weather bureau said a low pressure area is now already out of the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) and only Palawan will experience scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to its trough.

The provinces of Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Apayao, and Abra will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeasterly surface windflow.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will also experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms also due to northeasterly surface windflow and localized thunderstorms.

The entire country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
