PTV-4, pinarangalan sa taunang ‘Dangal ng Bayan, Gawad Pilipino Awards’

Pinarangalan ang People’s Television Network, Inc. o PTV-4, kabilang na rin ang ibang personalidad at organisasyon sa taunang ‘Dangal ng Bayan, Gawad Pilipino Awards’ na isinagawa sa lungsod ng Quezon, Disyembre 18.

Iginawad sa PTV-4 ang Media People’s Choice Award para sa pagiging Best News TV Program and Public Affairs dahil sa paghahatid ng mga napapanahong impormasyon nito sa publiko.

Personal na tinanggap ni PTV News anchor at reporter Julius Disamburun ang parangal sa ngalan nina Presidential Communications Operations Office Secretary Martin Andanar, PTV General Manager Dino Apolonio, News, Public Affairs and Sports Head Edgar Reyes at News Operations Chief Rocky Ignacio.

“Nagpapasalamat ang buong pwersa ng PTV sa parangal na ito mula sa Gawad Pilipino Awards at kay sir Danilo Mangahas,” ani Disamburun sa kaniyang talumpati.

“Makaaasa po kayo, mananatili ang PTV na maghahatid nang balanseng balitaan. Para sa Bayan!,” dagdag ni Disamburun.

Kasama rin sa binigyan ng award ang DOST-TV bilang Most Trusted Science TV Program at ang host nitong si Gel Miranda bilang Most Outstanding Science TV Host.

Kinilala rin ang programa nina Ben Tulfo, Erwin Tulfo at Alex Santos na Kilos Pronto dahil sa patuloy na pagbibigay serbisyo publiko.
