What do zodiac sign elements tell you about your love life this year?

By Brian Campued

It’s February and you need somebody to share the cold nights with. Are you wondering what’s in store for you this love month and beyond? For self-truth coach and intuitive mentor Ana Santiago, the answer might be written in the stars.

In an interview on Rise and Shine Pilipinas this Tuesday, coach Ana shared love readings using oracle cards to determine what would be the theme of the love lives of each zodiac sign element, as well as tarot cards to see the challenges they would face and the recommended actions to overcome these obstacles.

According to Coach Ana, the 12 zodiac signs are divided into four elements—Fire (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius), Air (Gemini, Libra, Aquarius), Water (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces), and Earth (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn).

“This reading is based on energies, and it will take place, probably three to six months, ito yung magli-linger na energy and it will be depending on the decisions and actions mo moving forward,” she said.

Fire Signs

For Aries (March 21–April 19), Leo (July 23–Aug. 22), and Sagittarius (Nov. 22–Dec. 21), the “Receptive” card tells you to “be ready to receive what fate has planned for you.”

However, Coach Ana stressed that before you learn to receive, you have to feel that you are “worthy” of receiving.

“You are not fully confident that you are worthy of receiving whatever is on the horizon for you. And you have to be stable and secure within yourself, ikaw dapat yung unang maniwala na ikaw ay worthy of being loved and being able to receive that love from other people,” she said.

To overcome this, you have to heal and process everything before you open yourself up or enter into a new relationship.

Air Signs

For the “overthinking and overanalyzing signs”—Gemini (May 21–June 21), Libra (Sept. 23–Oct. 23), and Aquarius (Jan. 20–Feb. 18)—Coach Ana said that it’s time for you to pay attention to your dreams. If you have a partner, encourage each other to make your shared dreams a reality.

However, your bad experiences in the past, such as betrayal, may affect how you will handle your current or future relationships.

“Walk away from things, situations, [and] mindsets that [are] no longer serving your highest good. Kung ayaw mong magkaroon ng fallback from these certain situations, kailangan mo na siyang i-leave behind,” she explained.

Water Signs

As Cancer (June 22–July 22), Scorpio (Oct. 24–Nov. 21), and Pisces (Feb. 19–March 20) are known to be “highly intuitive”, they are encouraged to cherish their relationships.

“You have to be appreciative kasi sometimes you’re too into your emotions… Learn to recognize your progress, your growth, your movements, yung nagiging changes… and also the surroundings, kasi everything happens for a reason, mga tao, sitwasyon na nae-encounter mo,” Coach Ana.

Clinging to things that no longer serve your highest good or harboring resentment toward other people may also hinder you from cherishing these connections.

“Strategize, look on the horizon. Mag-focus sa kung ano man yung ahead not on what had been left behind,” Coach Ana stressed.

Earth Signs

A love bond grows stronger over time—and for those under Taurus (April 20–May 20), Virgo (Aug. 23–Sept. 22), and Capricorn (Dec. 22–Jan. 19), you also need to strengthen your bond with yourself, along with relationships.

Even though Earth signs are known to be very hardworking people, somehow, they still feel that they are not good enough or that they lack effort.

To overcome this obstacle, coach Ana said you have to feel content.

“Find that sense of fulfillment and satisfaction within yourself…. Be thankful for who you are and what you are becoming,” she said.
