Employment opportunities goes online!

Thanks to the glory of world-wide-web, you can get the latest job opportunities pretty much anywhere. This milestone comes into effect after HRMO recommended a partnership project with Jobstreet Philippines Inc. which was approved by COA Chairperson Michael G. Aguinaldo.

The agreement entered by the Commission on Audit (COA) thru the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) was signed by Director Noel B. Clemente for and in behalf of the COA and Ms. Christine Sevilla, Sales Manager of Jobstreet Philippines Inc. The COA-Jobstreet partnership has placed the blanket of its job advertisement to another level. Employees and public servant aspirants can now see the latest COA job vacancies by simply browsing the Jobstreet website. They can do the same convenient browsing using Jobstreet’s mobile application.

This effort is in line with the COA’s Strategic Plan, with HRMO as the champion/lead office, to intensify the recruitment campaign and fast-track the recruitment of auditors, lawyers, and other professionals in various fields of discipline. To complement COA’s active participation in various career fairs and other campus recruitment activities, this time, the Commission is exploring the internet to further increase chances of drawing attention from millions of professionals active online.

On June 7, 2017, Mr. Melvin P. Lacsie of HRMO, the designated Coordinator and Account Administrator, gave an overview of the COA Jobstreet account to kick-off the use and management of the said account. Present in the said meeting were Dir. Noel B. Clemente; Asst. Dir. Marie Macel O. Tejada; Ms. Imelda V. Clave, OIC – Service Chief, Human Resource Policy Studies and Standard Services; Ms. Simonette C. Pentinio, OIC – Service Chief, Recruitment and Promotion Services; Mr. Rodulfo A. Duzon Jr., Administrative Officer V, and Ms. Jennefer F. Estabillo, Administrative Officer II, all of HRMO.

Currently, the COA jobstreet page is live and accessible to all.### COA | via Trixie Jaafar – PTV News
