DAGUPAN CITY —  The construction of a satellite center of the Department of Health-Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (DOH-DTRC) here is underway.

DOH-DTRC-Dagupan chief administrative officer Raymund Basbas, in an interview on Wednesday, said the department initially earmarked PHP50 million for the construction of the two-floor building situated in Barangay Parian in San Fernando City, La Union.
