Warm, cloudy skies with chances of rains on Friday

MANILA — The easterlies will continue to prevail over the country until Friday afternoon, bringing warm winds and cloudy skies, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

The easterlies are warm winds coming from the Pacific that stir cloud formation.

In its 4 p.m. weather bulletin, PAGASA said Metro Manila and other parts of the country would have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by local thunderstorms.

Slight to moderate coastal waters will also transpire over Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao due to light to moderate winds. (Juzel Danganan/PNA)
