Easterlies continue to affect PH: PAGASA

MANILA—Warm weather brought by the easterlies or warm winds from the Pacific Ocean continues to affect the country Monday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

In its 24-hour forecast, the state-owned weather agency said Metro Manila and the rest of the Philippines will have cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms, especially in the afternoon.

Temperatures in Metro Manila will be at 25-34 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 26-38 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 17-25 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 26-33 degrees Celsius; Metro Davao 25-43 degrees Celsius; and Zamboanga City 25-33 degrees Celsius. (Lily O. Ramos/PNA)
