Kirby John Kraft received on Monday the Plaque of Recognition on Community Mobilization Project (CMP) during the simultaneous kick-off ceremonies for the 23rd Police Community Relations (PCR) Month of the Philippine National Police (PNP) at the Police Regional Office (PRO4-A) Calabarzon headquarters in Camp Gen. During the simultaneous event at the provincial police headquarters covered court here, around 19 Laguna police personnel and four police units also received PCR awards, which were presented by National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) Laguna provincial officer lawyer Mia Antonette Quijano.

This month’s observance has adopted the theme “Tapat na serbisyo at Paglilingkod ng Kapulisan, Kaagapay ang Mamayan, Hatid ay Kaunlaran (Honest police services in partnership with the citizenry towards development).”

Quijano, assisted by Supt. Zeric Soriano, deputy director for administration and Supt. Meliton Salvadora Jr., deputy director for operations, presented the awards.

“The maintenance of peace and order is not a one-man fight or a battle that can be won by (the) PNP alone, rather; every sector of the society has to enjoin to win the war against all forms of criminality,” Quijano said.
