MANILA — More than 300 passengers remain stranded in parts of Southern Luzon and Bicol region Monday due to inclement weather caused by the enhanced southwest monsoon.
In an advisory, the Philippine Coast Guard said a total of 346 passengers, 33 motor bancas and eight sea vessels were stranded in ports in the provinces of Camarines Sur, Batangas, Oriental Mindoro, Occidental Mindoro and Northern Luzon this afternoon.
