Last Oct. 22, some 200 luggage carts purchased by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) arrived at the ZIA from Manila.

CAAP purchased the 200 luggage carts following representation and request by 1st District Rep. Celso Lobregat to the CAAP central office and Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade.
