Relentless Malaysia clobbers struggling Philippines in SEA Games Netball match

The merciless Malaysia’s Women’s Netball team showcased dominance as they heavily defeat the Philippine team, 96-11, in the netball competition of the SEA Games Kuala Lumpur 2017 at Juara Stadium in Kiara Mount on Friday.

Early in the first period, the Malaysians already exposed their ingame superiority by stringing 18 unanswered points, leaving the Filipinas scoreless first 11 minutes of the ball game.

This major run shocked the Philippine team — only scoring two points in the first quarter compared to Malaysia’s 26 huge points.

Another second quarter onslaught was flaunted by the Malaysian netters, allowing another two struggling points for the Philippines in the whole quarter, while adding another 24 points on their own, 50-4.

The second half of the ball game seemed to be a replay of the first one as no difference were displayed by the both teams, with Filipinos still left behind by the host country .

There was no looking back since the one-sided game started for Malaysians as they demolished the Filipinas with a 96-11 astounding victory. | Tretch Melarpes – PTV
