AFP Chief of Staff Lt Gen. Noel Clement gets another star and has been promoted to the rank of general.
Gen. Clement received his fourth star at a Donning of Ranks ceremony yesterday at the Department if National Defense Headquarters in Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City.
He was appointed AFP chief last September.
